I confess, I’m a hoarder when it comes to eye shadow palettes. Even though I usually use eyeliner when talking about day to day make-up, my love for eye shadow palettes is real. They simply make me happy by seeing them and I can imagine an infinite number of make-up looks, combinations and colors. I realised I don’t speak too often about them on my blog, so I decided to repair this today, by showing you this beauty: Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette.
First of all, I had quite high expectations from this, considering it’s a Too Faced product. These guys do a really good job and each time I see something new from them on the market, my eyes start to sparkle. They completely won be with their Too Faced Romantic Eye palette – it was my first purchase from then and I still have it. Then we got chocolatey with the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar, and now we’re at Too Faced Sweet Peach eye shadow palette. You might know that Too Faced products are also addressing the scent factor – Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar smells deliciously like chocolate, Sweet Peach smells like peaches (duh!).
For me, this gimmick did not make me want their product more or less, as for me the main advantage of their products is the high quality and less the scent of it. I rather appreciate the metallic packaging and the mirror on the inside.
Pigmentation and application
Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette maintains the high standards of the other Too Faced products, that I’ve tried. They are super creamy (excepting the matte shades, which are rather more powdery, but nothing awful), they apply and slide quite easily. I like the pigmentation and lasting power, but I always use a primer before.
I’ve successfully used it for day to day make-up, but you can get a decent night make-up too. I especially love the shades Just Peachy, Summer Yum and Cobbled. They are all warm shades, easy to use and they highlight green eyes.
Enough with the words, let’s see some pictures. I tried to photograph them in natural light and not to work on the photos, so you can see them in all their glory. I haven’t applied any sort of primer before, so you can notice the colors first hand.

To sum up, it’s quite a beaufitul lady Miss Sweet Peach and if you’re curious, she also has some other sisters from the same range: Sweet Peach Glow Kit and the Sweet Peach Creamy Oil Gloss. You may find them all at Sephora. If you’re looking for a new eyeshadow palette or would like to gift it to a make-up addict friend, add this Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow palette to your list.
